Returns Policy
You may return new and unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund where a product is faulty or exchange. You are responsible for the cost of safely re-packaging and returning items, if it has passed 30 days from your receipt we cannot refund or exchange. No returns on sale items.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, please contact us via email with your order number and details about the product you would like to return and why. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Damaged packaging on returns will incur a fee of £2 to cover the cost of our recyclable packaging.
Returns must have no signs of wear, not have stickers removed, have been worn at all other than trying them on.
If the item(s) are not fit for resale to another customer the product(s) will be returned to you and no refund or exchange given.
Returns are subject to a fee of £4.95 where there is no product fault and no exchange is required.
Shipping
We can ship to the UK, Europe and some worldwide destinations (some zones are restricted and will incur additional fees, including but not limited to remote zones). Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Please contact us separately for additional destinations where we can quote accordingly.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider, shipping date estimates will vary from 3-5 days and upwards for destinations outside the UK.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be calculated in grams and kilograms.
We include taxes in our purchase price, but not import tax on countries outside the UK, you will be liable for any import duty that may occur in your country.
